Can you please suggest me an available D-flipflop having setup & hold time modeled in Spice?
Any inputs how to model these two timing parameters in PSpice?

Hello,
I recommend you to open OrCAD Capture and click on Place --> PSpice Component --> Search... A window will pop up. Just write d flip flop and you will get a big amount of possibilities.
Personally I have used the model 74H74, where you have PRERESET and CLEAR pin and the DFFC.
