DC Motor parameter issue

Hi,
I am a bachelor student and trying to simulate a DC motor based on 3257024CR Faulhaber dc motor. Unfortunately, I have a issue with the motor's parameter. The simulation model needs a parameter called "Viscous frictional coefficient" which I contacted to my motor's company and they said you can pass up this parameter for our dc motor. How can I pass it up?(Consider it zero or one).
I would be grateful if help me to solve these issues.

A search of Faulhaber's web site gave no results for a 3257024CR motor. However, they define viscous damping factor as being made up of the torque due to the viscous friction of the ball bearings as well as the Foucault currents, caused by the cyclical changes in the magnetic field of the stator. These losses are proportional to the speed of the motor. To ignore it zero out the coefficient.
