I am trying to model LED, but there is one problem I cannot correct it. I tried to simulate the custom LED module with temperature sweep, but the forward voltage increases with temperature increases. However, the reality should be reversed (negative temperature coefficient). How I can correct this problem? If anyone knows the way, please share it with us. Thank you.

To get more accurate temperature characterstics - You should use diode model and modify it to suit desired characterstics. You may want to start with DBREAK from breakout library or if you are using LED modelling app - do - Edit >PSpice model on LED after placing it on schematic.
