Hi, I'm trying to design a new schematic and, from a paper, I view something related to a DC-DC converter designed with OrCAD CIS. In this model there are a lot of components that I can't find in my OrCAD software like as RDT09503, IXGH2N50 and others. How can I solve this problem? do you have different libraries where I can find it?

You should search Web to find models for missing devices or you need to develop a model for missing devices or use models of equivalent devices. Sometime contacting device manufacturer for models also help. The part number you have mentioned seems to be incredibly unique and no details available on web for these part-numbers, not even datasheets.
