PSpice Model Editor Settings

Hi,
Is there a way to change the default value of 27°C temperature in Model Editor when creating a new device by characteristic curves?
My datasheet curves are defined for 25°C but the Model Editor expects them at 27°C.
Any solution is appreciated.

Hello,

If you have your datasheet values for 25°C, it does not matter which curve you are showing. Per default, the one with 27°C is shown. Then, when you introduce the values of the datasheet for 25°C, this curve will be shown. And the extracted parameters will be related to 25°C. It is just visual.

In any case, if you want to visualize the curve for 25°C, just click on "Plot --> Add Traces" and select the temperature. Do this to show such curves for such temperature. If you want to delete the 27°C curve, then select it, click on "Plot --> Delete Trace".
