A small design but EVALUATION VERSION Limit Exceeded for "Q" Devices!

Hi,

Only one Op-Amp in my design, still I can't run the pspice lite, is it really reached its limit?

Because the op-amp has more than 20 transistors ("Q" devices) in it, the limit for the Lite version is exceeded.

Is it simulating each transistor inside the Op-Amp separately? And I didn't see the transistor count in the Op-Amp datasheet!

Open the library burr_brn with the PSpice model library editor.  Select your model (OPA650X/BB) and view the text of the model.  There are 25 transistors in this op amp model.

Download PSpice Lite and try it for free! Get PSpice Lite
