No such library part exists pre-installed.

  1. Get the IBIS model for the part here: https://www.onsemi.com/PowerSolutions/supportDoc.do?type=models&rpn=MC14093B
  2. Then use the software here to convert from IBIS to SPICE (if you can't already use it in OrCAD Capture as an IBIS): http://www.spectrum-soft.com/news/fall2004/ibis.shtm
  3. Import the translated SPICE model into PSpice Model Editor.
  4. Export the part and library from that model to a .OLB file.
  5. Add part library to your project, add the part to your project, then,
  6. Add the .LIB file you created from the IBIS file to your PSpice simulation profile.
  7. Test a small circuit and see if that runs.

I haven't tried this myself, but good luck.
