Are there any Native MOS in library?

Hi,

I want to make a circuit with Native MOS transistors, also known as zero vt transistors, which are transistor that have zero threshold voltage.

I've been looking around the internet and couldn't find any code of this kind of transistor.

Maybe some of you have used this kind of transistor in the past and can help me with that.
