If you are using the SPB 17.2 release, you can go to Capture and select File > Open > Demo Designs. This will open up a schematic and PSpice settings if the design is a PSpice design. Also in both the SPB 17.2 and  SPB 16.6 release you can select Help > Learning Capture to get access to videos and tutorials that walk you through creating a schematic.

With the latest version of the SPB 16.6 release you can access Reference Designs from the Capture start page. Also on http://support.cadence.com you can access Rapid Adoption Kits (RAK) that give design examples. So there are plenty of options for you to get schematics and documentation to help you ramp up in Capture.

Hi

Also in both 16.6 and 17.2 on the start page select Learning Ressources and then PSpice ressources

This will show you tutorials with tons of examples of PSpice. This includes samples showing all the different theorems like Ohms law, kirchoff etc.

PS: If you don't see the start page, go to Help->Start Page

Best regards

Ole

Thank you @Ole and @gfruizCDN. Unfortunately I have no such resources because of lower version Cadence as you mentioned. Could you hint me some other resources, which freely access on internet?

Hi,

Can you tell me please which examples you want to open? On the other hand, if I were you I would use PSpice Lite 17.2 instead of 16.6, as both of them are gratis and you can work with the last Version. Or do you have any particular interest in working with 16.6?

Hi Roberto, all examples cannot open. I am not particularly interested in 16.6. I think there are some special system configurations required to let the examples work. So that, may be version 17.2 still facing the same problem.
