Adding An External Symbol To PSpiceTI library

I am using PSpice for TI, and I am trying to add a model of component ISL75052 to the PSPice libray, so that I can run a simulation on the part.

I got a model file(isl75052eth.lib) from the manufacturer of the part, but I cannot figure out how to add the part model to the PSpice tool and create a symbol automaticallly for the part.

Has anyone out there ever have to add an external model&symbol to the PSpiceTI library and run a simulation on the part?

I was reading through PSpice users guide and it talks about using the symbol editor. However, I created a new schematic project and could not see how to start-up the symbol editor. It does not appear as if I have access to the symbol editor.

Yes, one can import external SPICE model in PSpice for TI. To create symbol use - Tools>Generate Part. Select PSpice Model Library under Netlist/Source file type. Refer User guide for more specifc details on various option in this panel. You can also refer a short video on PSpice.com  https://www.pspice.com/pspice-for-ti/tutorial-videos?utm_source=tiinstal...

Thanks for the video, it was very helpful. However, the issue that I still have, is that I do not have any voltage regulator symbols in my library that is close to the model that I am importing. Therefore, when I do the part association, I end up with pin names that do not make sense.

Is there a way to create the 3rd party symbol and keep the original pin names of the model being imported?
