Or, you could hit F1 when you have the PSpice application open. Might have to enable the browser through View - Show Navigation.
You can not login to cadence using PSpice.com id. You need to have cadence product license purchased and that would enable you to access to support.cadence.com However You can access PSpice reference guide in your installation. Invoke cadence Help and navigate to PSpice reference guide on LHS.
