Hi,

Well, if you look for MOSFETs in the PSpie Library Browser, you can filter many properties. The 40nm propery is not possible to filter, but you have another parameters.

To open this window, in OrCAD Capture click on Place --> PSpice Component --> Search

I hope it helps.

Regards,

Roberto

Thank you so much!

There is another option to even import 40nm model library files. But I couldn't find the 40nm model library files for Cadence Pspice. Where can I find them?

Hi,

Well in this case you should look for MOSETS with these properties on Internet and IC Manufactuers. Many of them offer PSpice Models for sure. What I do not know is if it is possible to look for such a particular property value.

Okay, I will look into it.

One more thing- when I select this component Static RAM 8kx8, it gives me a chip (an IC chip). Is it possible to know the internal structure of this chip (at the transistor level) ?

Hello,

I want to open a .cir file. When I open it in Cadence Orcad pspice, I get a text description file of that circuit in the pspice itself. How can open it in schematics to view the circuit?

Hi,

If you just have the .cir file, it is not possible to visualize the schematic. For that you need the .dsn file.
