I use PSpice 17.2 with MATLAB R2016b with simulink.
When I tried to simulate mosckt.mdl in C:\Cadence\SPB_17.2\tools\pspice\capture_samples\SLPSdemos\Tutor
Then Plot windows showed a graph, but 4 pop-up messages appeared sequentially.

ERROR(PSPMI-31): Catalog file orPSpMatlabAddTrace.xml does not exist.
This file should be there in either the <cdsroot>/share/cdssetup/smi/orpsim or in the CDS_SITE

Same errors with orPSpFRA.xml, orPSpAddTrace.xml, orPSPMatlab.xml...
So I tried to add PATH c:\Cadence\SPB_17.2\share\cdssetup\smi\orpsim
and restarted MATLAB.
But it worked only once.
When I rebooted PC then the error occured again.
After I closed that simulink, not exited Matlab, re-opened the mosckt.mdl and simulate again,
then another error occured.

-> Try changing Convergence parameters.
An error occurred while running the simulation and the simulation was terminated
Caused by:

and the plot did NOT showed graph at this time.
When I exit Matlab after these things, MATLAB system error occured.

I think everything is fine if I solve the xml file pick up problem.

Which ISR version or Cadence 17.2 installation you are working with?
I tried running the design at my end – it seems to work fine. I opened mosckt.mdl and run simulation in MATLAB and I can see the plot.
My version is 17.2-2016 S007, QIR 1 ISR 008
I installed hotfix 009 but still same situation.

I assume with your previous messages, that Simulink and PSpice are well configured, but you are getting such issues when you simulate the SLPS Tutor project. Am I right? Can you simulate other Cadence SLPS examples many times?
I can reproduce such problem:
1. I open Tutor Project.
2. I click on the SLPS Symbol in order to open the OrCAD Capture Project to see the circuit.
3. I configure the inputs and outputs.
4. I simulate and it works properly.
5. I try to simulate again the same project and MATLAB crashes.
I do not get this issue if I simulate other Cadence SLPS examples. I am also using OrCAD Capture 17.2 Hotfix 009 and MATLAB R2016b.
This issue will be analyzed.

With your earlier mails, I think Simulink and PSpice are properly configured, however you are experiencing problems when simulating the SLPS Tutor project.
