Please anybody find the PSPICE model as below

or very close one.

The BZX384-C2V7 has similar electrical characteristics to the BZX84C2V7 which is in the Cadence model database.  I think you'll have to use the Model Editor to create a model of the PHPT60603PY.  It's not listed in the PSpice Library List.

By the way, how do you plan on using these models?  Are they in a large or small signal simulation?  Do they need to have temperature sensitive parameters or advanced analysis features?  These issues would affect the model fidelity.
