I am looking for ISO7720-Q1 Pspice model.
As in the Texas Instruments website, https://www.ti.com/product/ISO7720-Q1?keyMatch=ISO7720-Q1&tisearch=Search-EN-everything&usecase=GPN#design-development##design-tools-simulation here I can find .IBIS model.
I tried to convert .IBIS format to .lib by using Cadence Model Editor with the option IBIS translator.
But I don't get the omplete Pspice model.
After extraction, the below model I can able to access. But it is not similar to datasheet diagram.

I am trying to get this complete 8 pin model. Please can anyone of you help me in this.

That's correct. IBIS is the I/O Buffer Information Specification, as a consequence, only the Input and Output characteristics are provided in the source file and these are then converted by the IBIS translator to model the I/O pins of the device. There isn't any device functionality provided in the IBIS data so this would need to be created.
Thanks @oldmouldy for your comment on my post. I have already contacted TI support team, at the moment they don't have any Spice model for this kind of Isolators.
May I ask you can we create own Spice model for this? If yes, how can we create and can anyone of the experts guide me the procedure to achieve that?
