I'm using LTSpice IV and am trying to find a model for the IRF840 MOSFET but can't seem to access one on this site under PSpice Models. I don't need to download their version of Spice as I already have it so am I able to find and use individual component models on this site?

I don't believe you can download individual models from this site but you can search the PSpice library database to see if the model exists in their PSpice download. If you have a version of PSpice installed you'll find the IRF840 in irf.lib.
