No response after clicking "new simulation profile" or "edit simulation profile"

Hi Team,

I came across a problem when using Cadense SPB Capture CIS 17.4. I found there is not response after I clicked "new simulation profile" or "edit simulation profile".

Because of this I am not able to simulate anything.

Do you know how to fix it? Thank you so much!!!
