how to set delay in VSIN .i want to get three phase supply each phase shift by 120 degree means delayed by 20/3 ms.i think in previouse orcad capture version ,delay option was there .in pspice 17.2 its not here,plz help me out

The VSIN part has a Phase property but it isn't displayed. Select the part, open edit properties, select PHASE and turn display ON. You'll then be able to set the phase shift of the part on the schematic page.
VSIN has PHASE parameter in its list. Double click on device, you'll see it. To get 3 phase source, use 3 VSINs (in either WYE or DELTA config) with PARAMETER "device" that defines PHASE as either that or PH or something, In devices set first one as {PH}, second as {PH + 120}, third as {PH + 240}. It should allow you to set expression in device I believe. If not define these in a PARAMETER function and put one assigned name in each device. This way you can assign any initial phase in the PARAMETER file and all will track.
hello, double click on VSIN and then set a value to TD, TD is Time Delay.
but if you wanna set a phase you must set a value to PHASE, if you cant see it beside your VSIN you can elect the part, right click and select "Edit part" then double click on Vsin and in the "edit properties" window select your parameter and then hit Display. in new window select Name and Value.
