Problem with Ibis Converter

Hallo

I preliminary checked my ibis file with parser and all is OK.

I run the converter with no errors in the log file.

But the .subckt I got does contain some #INF and VT inside the rise nad fall tables.

Anybody else did experience such issue with Version 17,2?
