Hi,

If you do not find anything in Internet, you can always try contacting directly with the manufacturer.

In relation to the components you wrote down:

MSK4205H --> I did not find it Internet. You could describe its behavior yourself using Model Editor for primitive components and Surbcircuits for different parts.

CD54HCT191 -->I did not find it.

TPS7A4501M --> http://www.pspice.com/models/ti Look for this in the Texas Instruments models. Maybe it suits for you.

HCPL6651 --> Nof tound.

MAX3443E --> Not found.

Maybe there are other users, who have already used them in a simulation and the models are available.

Regards

I couldn't find it online. You might use Model Editor for basic components and happy wheels for various elements to characterize its behavior yourself. You can always attempt getting in touch with the manufacturer directly if you are unable to find anything on the Internet.
