Pspice models for BF 459, BC 393 and CA 3140

Hi everyone. I'm a new forum user here. I heve got a problem. Can you help me please? I'm looking for library models: BF 459 (Siemensa), BC 393 (Siemens), CA 3140 (Intersil Corporation) and . Where can I find them ready or how to create them? Thanks very much.

CA3140 Model is available in PSpice installation. For BF459 , try manufacturer site

Hi. Alok. In my company is Pspice 9.2. It has not CA 3140 model. Can yu give me discription pspice model here from your program, please?

You will find this model in latest version of PSpice, that is 17.4-2019. It is not available in version 9.2
