Setup RS latch's initial state

Hi Team,

I am doing a pspice simulation using multiply RS latch. However I found it seems not able to set up initial state with ideal DC source. Instead if i put it with step source, it would work. Although so, it would make my customer inconvenient when they just want to use ideal source instead of setting up step source every time.

Could you please help look at how could I set up to "tell" RS latch initial condition? I set IC=0 for capacitor C19 and C20 but it does not work. Thank you for your help!!!!!

Replace ideal source/GND to step source, it works
