simulation error: incorrect number of interface nodes

Hi Team,

When I use a model in .lib which is generated by myself, it shows that "incorrect number of interface nodes". But I have checked that definition and reference of the model have the same number of nodes, and the pin name of the subcircuit(X_U1) are all same. Could you know why it is? Thanks.
