Site Security Certificates

It seems when I access this site I get errors that messages (like passwords are not encypted).  When I try to access with SSL (Https://) I get a certificate error

www.pspice.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.devcloud.acquia-sites.com, devcloud.acquia-sites.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Are these sites associated with this forum or is some dns spoofing going on?
