[SOLVED] Diode with forward voltage under 0.7V

Hello, I have the PSpice Version 9.1 Student and these are my only diode parts available:

D1N750, MV2201, D1N4148, MBD101, D1N4002, D1N914

None of them have a forward voltage under 0.7V, but I need one.

What can I do do get one?

I know how to get in the model change settings, but there is VJ stated and as far as I know this the forward voltage. But for example for D1N4002 it states in PSpice VJ=.3905 but in the data sheet it is stated U_F=1.1V. So these are different values.

Can anyone help me?

VJ is a parameter in the diode equation set for DC current.  It is not the foward voltage spec.  You need a diode with a foward voltage less than 0.7 volts but you don't specify at what current.  The MBD101 is your best choice.  It is a schottky diode with a max foward voltage speced at 0.6V at If=10ma.
