I have undefined mosfet netlist from the data sheet (That MOSFET ( DE475-102N21A) model is an expansion of the SPICE level 3 MOSFET model.) and I want to add in that to the schematic and do the simulation based on that netlist. Does anyone know how to generate the schematic just based on netlist? Or anyone could help me figure out which MOSFET in the netlist as (MODEL DMOS NMOS (LEVEL=3 VTO=3.0 KP=3.8)) I should choose to put in my component schematic?
I also want to place each part from the netlist, however there are some netlist information I don't know which symbol I should use in schematic and edit that model, generally I don’t which basic MOSFET and diode I should put in. Here is the netlist and I also attached equivalent circuits of this MOSFET provided by Datasheet.
Thank you very much if you could provide any information or suggestions.

Hi,
There is no direct way to create a schematic from netlist using the tool. In your case, the best way to do would be to create a new model in model editor as you know the parameters of the NMOS. You can select "use templates" option and select MOSFET from the template type while creating a new model.Edit the parameters values as required. This model can be linked to a new/existing symbol which can be then added in your existing schematic.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you very much for your information and help. I tried just using the above netlist as a model text and save as a lib. file linked with a Mosfet symbol. And seems that works fine.
I am not sure, but I wonder if that netlist is a described modal text. Not quite sure about that.
Thank you.
As you can see in the picture, the bottom, left, and top sides of the screen are all extremely small compared to the simulation itself. How do I make those areas bigger so I can read the numbers and see the icons?
