Hi,
For the circuit you have to create with de dependent sources, you have to use E, H, F and G components (you find these components in analob.olb library). Once such circuit is defined, you have to prepare it to create a subcircuit component. Once the subcircuit is created, you can design the circuit you sent in the first image.
