By a quick through of the PSpice manual, I see that an Opamp or OTA can be realized by VCVS(Exxx) or VCCS(Gxxx). But I didn't see how to set the maximum and minimum output limit value. Without this kind of limit set, the output could shoot to quite extreme unreasonable value.
Could anybody give and example of OTA with limited output?

Look at Opamp from Analog library. This part realizes opamp using E device( VCVS). You can use Limit construct in the expression for limiting values.
here is example - E8 out 0 VALUE {LIMIT(V(IN_P,IN_N)*GAIN,-15V,+15V)}
Last two argument in above example limits the o/p voltage.
You can similar mechanism in OTA.

Thank you very much for the information. I am getting use the OrCAD recently. Something are still not clear for me. I am now having a task of Pspice modeling. I wonder where is the OrCAD software enclosed Pspice model path? ----"C:\Cadence\SPB_16.6\tools\pspice\library" ? So I can take these reference models as examples for quick learning. Besides, if there any proposals for the Pspice modeling would be appreciated.

I assume you have latest 16.6 hotfix installed. With that, you will get a good amount of resources for various PSpice application including modeling. "Learning PSpice" is a unique resource and help you get started or provide help on advanced topics as well. In this refer PSpice Application notes and you will several different application notes with design examples. Just click on the schematic image or circuit diagram to open that specific design example.
