Pspice Model Editor Error: Extraction Stopped

Hello,

I use some IGBTs. Their spice models are available but not suitable for my simulation. I have to create my own model according to datasheet informations.

Pspice Model Editor is a good option but I have some problem with that. I create a new model based on "device characterisitc curves" .When I define fall time (tf) less than 100ns and extract paramters,I encounterd this error: 

Extraction Stopped: iteration limit exceeded.

Is there any solution?

If I want to create model "based on template" how can I convert datasheet informations to simulation parameters introduced in template?
