I am running a smoke analysis on a circuit that has OPA4330. While displaying the smoke results, VMMAX, VMMIN, VPMAX and VPMIN are READING -ve values for the measured values, whereas these values should be +ve.
Is there a file that tells smoke to measure the values from a certain note/net? Something I can change to measure the correct value?

Measured values are read from simulation result. Negetive value indicates that you applied voltage on specific terminal is of negetive polarity. You can open the PSpice model file (.Lib)in Model Editor, Select Smoke TAB to see/configure smoke related details. In this view test node mapping table maps Symbol pins with theoretical Opamp nodes. Node_XXX are used for voltage measurement and TERM_XXX are used for current measurement.
For example if TERM_OUT is mapped to symbol pin OUT, Smoke will use I(U1. OUT) for output current calculation.
OPA4330 does seem to be part of cadence supplied libraries?
