Does anyone know how to do the 2nd degree poly in capture? For the 1st degree poly, I placed Epoly or Gpoly part from the part library, but I could not find the 2nd degree poly part. For the context, I know what to write, but I don't know how to implement 2nd degree poly to the capture drawing. Here is the context that I want to implement:
GUV GND UV1 POLY(2) IN VUV1 UV1 GND 0 1M 0.5M
I spent a whole day to find the way, but I could not. Please help me out.

Can you please provide the expression you are looking for? For example - below is an expression describing a two dimensional current-controlled voltage source
The implementation of your part would depend upon exact expression, so having exact expression would help.
I believe the expression will be:
Iout = 0 + 1m*(V(IN) - V(VUV1)) + 0.5m*V(UV1)
I think this expression can be implemented using GVALUE. Here is the capture schematic
Modify the expression to 1m*(V(%IN+) -V(%IN-))+0.5m*V(%IN-) and connect appropriate nets or sources to PIN IN+ and IN-
