BSIM models in Orcad Pspice

Hello,

I am trying to use a bsim model in pspice. I have used the breakout.olb library and used MbreakN4 model. however this does not accept BSIM parameters (like +vth0=0.8), instead it only works when you put in older pspice parameters (like +vto=0.8).

Does anyone know if there is a way to import bsim parameters directly into orcad pspice? (or whether this is impossible?)
