After installation tool sets CDS_HOME variable on machine to C:\cds_spb_home location.
You can change the location of c:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\... of your choice by changing environment variable value to desired location of your choice.
All you have to do is first change the environment variable CDS_HOME to particular location where you want to put above mentioned files.Then copy paste the cdssetup folder from previous location to new desired location.
Relaunch the tool so that it can read new DS_HOME variable location. And you arte ready to go.
