npn simulation producing linear collector curves

I'm attempting to produce the collector curves for the BJT however it is producing idea/linear curves as show below

I want it to give a curved plot like below:

Please provide assistance on how I can fix this.

the NPN model is: is = 1.5E-14         bf = 200                rb = 75                  vaf = 100
