You need a simulation model for PSpice simulation. This may not be available from Ultralibrarian, they may be offering only schematic symbol and may be footprint. Try downloading PSpice Model from ONSemi- https://www.onsemi.com/pub/collateral/fdl100n50f(pspice%20model).lib 

Once downloaded, you need to generate a schematic symbol or link this model with symbol you may have. Refer PSpice User Guide on how to steps. You can also refer - Using Spice Models in OrCAD PSpice from vendor models (parallel-systems.co.uk) or a Video on PSpice.com - Video section.
